Same day Shipping

If you place your order before 2PM EST, we make every effort to ship your order the same day (except weekends and holidays).  Although your order will be given to the shipping carrier the same day that you placed the order, your package will not necessarily arrive the same day that your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping

To qualify for free shipping orders must be $5 or larger.  

International Shipping 

Please note that free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the United States.  However, AquaNotes typically subsidizes the postage cost charged for international orders to keep our pricing affordable for our customers outside the USA.  We ship to over 50 different countries.  Any import fees, taxes, or tariffs that are charged by Countries outside the USA are paid upon arrival by the customer.

Do I have to pay customs, duties, or other taxes?

If you live outisde the USA you will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes that are assessed by your Country.  When fees, duties or taxes are assessed they are typically due upon delivery. 

          In what currency are your prices listed?

          Unless otherwise noted, our prices are displayed in US Dollars.

          Are the packages insured?

          All orders over $35 are insured. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 

We stock everything we sell

Every item we sell is stocked in our warehouse in Grand Haven, Michigan. As long as your items are listed as "in stock", your entire order will ship together at the same time.

We prepare and double-check every order carefully to ensure that you get the items you have ordered as quickly as possible without any delays.

Returns

If an order is returned due to a manufacturer defect, the postage cost will be fully refunded along with the full price of the product.  AquaNotes will make the final determination of whether there is an actaul manufacturer's defect.  All other returns will have the postage cost deducted from the refund amount.  Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
